St. Brigid Athletic Association Families

The Columbus Diocese Recreation Athletics (DRA) has worked hard over the last year on a number of changes and improvements.
 - DRA will be rebranded and you will see us communicate with regards to diocese sports as CYO moving forward.
 - The CYO program has been working on reviewing their bylaws and operating procedures to work on improvements to make the experience of CYO better.
 - Long time DRA Athletic Director - Marty Raines is retiring here at the completion of the fall sports season.  She is being replaced by Ryan Aiello, but also a number of existing DRA board members are still in place.
 - Athletic Directors from all parishes have been surveyed and the CYO program is working to listen on how to improve.
 
One of the biggest changes will be that the CYO program is moving to 100% digital forms and central registration process to help with making your lives easier with only 1 registration system which will feed into the team building, team communication, team scheduling system.   This move should give us all an earlier schedule from CYO (rather then getting the schedule days before the first games).   
We will also have visibility into the schedules of all of our teams allowing you to come out and support the Wolfhounds!!

Like with all changes, there will probably be some growing pains, but we now have a new registration form for Winter Basektball (4th-8th grade boys & girls), Winter Cheer (4th-8th grade girls), and Lil Hounds Basketball (2nd & 3rd grade).   However, some of you may have already registered, so we have some special instructions to help those that have already paid to get into the system without any additional fees.   You will also find lots of new forms as part of the registration process, so please review those items as we go through this new registration process.

If you have not registered yet for Basketball or Cheer - just go and create an account and start the registration process.

If you have already registered - we will be sending you further details on additional steps that you need to complete.   Look for all of those details on October 7th to all of those already registered.
