Diocese provides update on Cross-Country, Football, Volleyball, and Fall Baseball

The Diocesan Recreation Association (DRA) has approved the start of Volleyball and Cross-Country, but have made the difficult determination to postpone flag and tackle football until the spring.

To try to get all sports in, DRA has decided to offer fall baseball. Softball will still be offered in the spring. If your son is interested in playing fall baseball, the St. Brigid Athletic Association (SBAA) has to make a lot of things happen in a very short amount of time. Please see below and register right now, please don't wait.

Boys Baseball

When: Practices start late August, games mid-September - October

Who: 4th - 8th Grade boys that are St. Brigid students or parishioners.

Note: To limit the risk of spreading the virus, at this time we cannot take boys that are not St. Brigid students or parishioners.

All of SBAA's focus has been on getting all of the 4th-8th Grade sports up and running. We hope to have an announcement about Lil Hounds for 2nd and 3rd grades in the upcoming weeks.
